Pilates Sculpt - Gibbons

Join Us For Pilates at Gibbons Community Center!

This full-body 45 min workout combines Pilates with strength exercises to enhance stability, posture, and muscle endurance. Using bodyweight and basic equipment, it emphasizes controlled movements to strengthen the core and sculpt the body.

Options are provided to adjust intensity to your level.

We are proud to introduce our Pilates instructor, Cindy! I found Pilates in 2020, at a time when so much felt uncertain and out of my control. I was looking for a way to feel strong, not just physically, but mentally as well. I was drawn to how intentional the movement felt: controlled, challenging, and deeply connected to breath. Over time, Pilates became more than a workout for me. It became a way to rebuild strength, self-love and gratitude. It became a way to move with intention and appreciate my body in a deeper way.
