Camp Have a Lot of Fun is an 8-week summer camp for children ages 3-5 and 6-12. Campers can participate in one or all of the weeks and are encouraged to join us for as many weeks as possible.

A camp experience like no other! Join the high-energy staff as they lead the kids in camp songs, games, crafts, drama, and hilarious adventures that stretch the imagination. Activities focus on weekly themes, with special fun scheduled on Fridays to celebrate the end of each session.

Please bring a snack and water daily.

Ages: 3-5 (must be potty-trained) and 6-12 (birthdate required for registration)

To request a group pairing please email chalof@morpd.com, with your child's name, the week they will be attending, and who you'd like them to be grouped with.

Week 1 - 6/15-6/19:  Sheriffs and Shinobis: This Park ain’t Big Enough For the Both of Us

• For years, Cowboys and Ninjas have been fighting for the wild wild west. Come and help bring your side to ultimate victory!  

Week 2 - 6/22-6/26:   Shine like a star: A Magical Idol Escapade

• Unleash your inner star! The greatest concert in history is coming to town this week! Do you have what it takes to shine?

Week 3 - 6/29-7/3:  Area 51: THE MYSTERY-ING An Extraterrestrial Enigma

• Something out of this world is going down at Area 51 this week! Can you discover the alien menace before it's too late? 

Week 4 - 7/6-7/10:  Chalof’s Odd Odyssey: Journey Around the Globe

• A Great Evil is hiding somewhere around the globe! Travel across amazing places and exotic landscapes in order to save the day! 

Week 5 - /13-7/17:  THE SUNSHINE CUP: TRIAL BY FIRE 

• It's the return of the greatest championship this side of the Universe. Compete for greatness in one of our amazing teams: the Golden Flaming Tigers, the Green Geckos, the Grannies, and Team America! 

Week 6 - 7/20-7/24:  Adventure in Atlantis: Deep Sea Distress

• Plunge into the depths of the ocean and discover what treasures and dangers await at the lost mermaid capital of Atlantis!  

Week 7 - 7/27-7/31:  Mayham in Metropolis: A Cityside Scuffle  

• Business is booming in the Great city of Metropolis. Do you have what it takes to make it big in the big city? 

Week 8 - 8/3-8/7: Chalofs’ birthday Banaza: A Party to Remember

• Camp Have a Lot of Fun is turning 49 years old this summer. Help us make this the party never to forget!

Summer Camp Cancellations/Credits:

No refunds are issued for any summer camps at Mission Oaks. Instead, a credit voucher will be issued in lieu of a refund of fees, minus a $25 administrative fee per session/class. To request a credit, fill out the required online Request for Credit Form prior to the camp beginning. Credit vouchers may be redeemed toward the cost of any other district activity (class, program, trip, camp, etc.) within one year of the date originally issued.

• A partial credit (50%) will be given for requests made more than two weeks prior to camp commencing, minus a $25 administrative fee per session/class.
• No credit will be issued for requests made less than two weeks prior to camp commencing.
• No credit will be issued for non-attendance of program days.
