Our mission is to be able to provide safe and fun swimming lessons for all ages

TIME:

When: 

Session 1: June 12  - June 22

Session 2: June 26 - July 6  *No class July 4

Session 3: July 10 - July 20

Where: 

El Camino High School Pool 4300 El Camino Ave., Sacramento

Cost: 

$75 per group class - 8 sessions over two weeks

$30 per private lesson

Levels:

Guppies: Focuses on water discovery with parents alongside swimmers not comfortable with strangers. 

Otters: Water Exploration, parents should be close by. 

Level 1: Water Acclimation: Swimmer is learning how to blow bubbles

Level 2: Water Movement: Swimmer is not comfortable floating without assistance.

Level 3: Water Safe/ Stroke Intro: Swimmer is comfortable in the pool, but needs assistance. Strokes are introduced.

Level 4: Stroke Refinement: Technical Advancements in all strokes, turns, and dives.
