Who: 

Our mission is to offer safe and fun swimming lessons that cover skills such as swimming, breathing, floating, and stroke technique and refinement. Each session is 8 classes over 2 weeks.

TIME:

When: 

Session 1: June 15  - June 25

Session 2: June 29 - July 9  

Session 3: July 13 - July 23

Where: 

El Camino High School Pool, 4300 El Camino Ave., Sacramento

Cost: 

$85 per group class - 8 sessions over two weeks

$40 per private lesson - per lesson, not all 8 sessions

Levels:

Guppies: Focuses on water discovery with parents alongside swimmers not comfortable with strangers. 

Otters: Water Exploration, parents should be close by. 

Level 1: Water Acclimation: Swimmer is learning how to blow bubbles

Level 2: Water Movement: Swimmer is not comfortable floating without assistance.

Level 3: Water Safe/ Stroke Intro: Swimmer is comfortable in the pool, but needs assistance. Strokes are introduced.

Level 4: Stroke Refinement: Technical Advancements in all strokes, turns, and dives.
