Refunds must be submitted a minimum of seven (7) working days prior to the first day of the program. Refunds are subject to a $5 or 10% administrative fee.
Once the completed refund request has been received, the refund will be sent to the County of Sacramento for processing. All refunds will be returned to the requester of the refund in the form of a check in the mail, from the County of Sacramento. Refund checks will typically take three weeks to arrive.
