Pilates for Beginners - Gibbons

Pilates is great for improving balance, posture, strength, flexibility, and body awareness. It will give you confidence in how you move during your everyday activities. Pilates is a low-impact exercise focusing on the smaller and deeper muscles that support your structure and enhance your overall health. Bring your own mat. Pilates balls and bands will be provided to use in class or you can bring your own.
