Join Reiki Master, Amy Erez, for a mini-session of Reiki, focusing on the head, shoulders and back while sitting in a chair. Reiki is applied through light placement of the hands on the fully clothed body. The Reiki energy will spread throughout the body to areas that are in need. Common experiences are feelings of deep relaxation and peacefulness, reduced pain, speedier recovery from injury, and increased mental clarity. Reiki Usui Shiki Ryoho is a Japanese healing art that originated in the late 1800’s.

Amy has had a professional practice in the Japanese art of Reiki since 1987. She began teaching and initiating students in 1991.
