Zumba is a Latin and international fitness program that feels more like a party than a workout! This class will incorporate interval training techniques alternating fast and slow rhythms that will tone and sculpt your entire body. Ditch the workout and join the party! Dance your way to a fitter you! Classes will be held virtually on Zoom. Meeting ID and password will be included in your receipt after registration.
