Yoga is an integrated exercise of stretching, fluid movement, poses and breath-work which will maximize muscular coordination, balance and strength. Yoga improves concentration, brings strength to weak areas, lengthens and stretches limbs to greater flexibility, develops confidence and stamina. Please bring your yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.
Classes will be held indoors in the Club Room. Masks are required at all times while indoors and everyone is to maintain at least six feet distance from all other individuals.
