Join Us For Tai Chi Gong for Healthy Movement at Gibbons Community Center!
This class uses the ancient traditions of Tai Chi Ch’uan and Chi Gong as a foundation for improving movement skills. Developing new movement patterns through gentle exercises provides relief from chronic, unconscious tensions. Benefits include better balance, deeper sleep, reduction of pain, ease in daily activities, and more.
