Strength & Conditioning for Pickleball
*This class is indoors and is not playing pickleball.
This class is built for adult pickleball players who want to improve their performance, prevent injuries, and stay strong and quick on the court. Each session combines functional strength training, dynamic mobility work, and agility drills to support the demands of the game—like quick changes of direction, balance, and powerful, controlled movement.
Whether you're playing for fun or competition, this class will help you move with more confidence and stay resilient through every match.
Please bring a roll-up yoga/exercise mat and water. Athletic shoes recommended.
You will also be asked to order a specific set of resistance bands (approximately $20) to use during class.
