Explanation of Trip: This 100 acre zoo is home to more than 700 native and exotic animals. A world-class wildlife conservation effort is underway with the recent opening of the zoo's California Trail and open-air Gondola ride, to get you to the 56 acre site. At the top you may dine at the landing Cafe with panoramic views of the Bay area. Van riders will be free to explore and dine on their own until time to re-board the van.
Notes for Riders: Walkers are not recommended on this trip, there is a lot of walking with hills and some uneven pavement. Also please bring your reusable water bottle to go along with this year's theme to limiting the use of plastics.
