No Pros League (NPL) is a coed adult soccer league built for teams who love the game and want a fun, organized place to compete.
This league is designed for real players — not professionals — who want consistent games, a great atmosphere, and a league that’s competitive without being over the top.
Whether your team has been playing together for years or you're just getting a group together, NPL gives you a place to play every week.

- Season Start: May 31st
- Location: Eastern Oak Park | 3127 Eastern Ave, Sacramento, CA 95821
- Format: 8v8 Coed
- Game Length: 50 minutes
- Game Days: Sunday Games played between 9am - 2pm
- Season Length: 6–8 games + playoffs

Registration
- Team Registration Only
- Teams must meet minimum requirements:
- Minimum players: 10
- Coed format: 2 girls on field at all times
- Must be 21+
- Registration closes: May 15th
Spots are limited and expected to fill quickly.
