Mission Oaks Photo Contest

Capture amazing moments and stand a chance to win 4 Sacramento Kings tickets! Mission Oaks Rec & Park invites all amateur photographers to showcase their photography skills by capturing the beauty of their favorite Mission Oaks park, programs, or memorable moments at one of our 14 parks or community centers. Selected photos will be featured in our upcoming Recreation Guides, Social Media Posts, and Website.

May contain: plant, tree, advertisement, poster, vegetation, maple, grass, nature, outdoors, park, leaf, land, and woodland

Submission Guidelines:

Composition: Pay attention to subjects, lighting, and overall composition.
Season Variety: We are looking for seasonal photographs to add diversity.
Photograph Location/Setting: Include a mix of different parks, programs, and people (and pets!).

Submit your Photos:

All images must be submitted online.
Only high-resolution images (at least 300 dpi) will be accepted.

Rules and Requirements:

Images must be recently taken and within city limits.
Individuals in the photo must be aware of their inclusion and provide consent.
All submissions become the property of Mission Oaks Recreation & Park District and may be used in publications, promotional materials, and electronic media without limitation or additional compensation.

Location where the photo was taken
