Mission Oaks Concert in the Park Vendor Application

Interested in showcasing your handmade creations at our upcoming Concert in the Park? We invite local artists, makers, and crafters to apply as vendors for Mission Oaks Shakedown: A Grateful Dead Tribute at Gibbons Park! This free community event will feature live music by the Nipper Brothers, performing a tribute to the Grateful Dead, and is expected to draw families, music lovers, and community members from throughout the area. It's a great opportunity to display and sell your unique arts, crafts, and handmade goods while enjoying a fun-filled evening of live music in the park. Vendor booth spaces are $50 per booth. Please complete the vendor application form for consideration. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. All applications will be reviewed to ensure a diverse vendor selection, and approved vendors will be contacted with additional event details and payment instructions upon acceptance.

📍Location: Gibbons Park, 4701 Gibbons Drive, Carmichael, CA 95608
💰Fee: - $50 per 10'x10' booth space.
Booths are sold in 10’ x 10’ increments. All displays, merchandise, equipment, etc., may not exceed your 10’ x 10’ booth. You will be required to purchase two 10’ x 10’ booths if any portion of your booth, display, merchandise, equipment, etc., does not fit in one 10’ x 10’ booth. We do not provide tables, chairs, water, or electricity for vendors. Generators are not permitted.
