Request for Public Bids: District Signage Replacement

Bids are invited for the Mission Oaks Recreation and Park Districts (MORPD) District signage replacement contract. This contract is for District signage replacement services of MORPD’s 3 facilities and 15 parks. Specifications and bid packets will be available on the District's website www.MORPD.com and at the mandatory Job walk on August 5, 2024.

This is a public works contract subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations. No contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal, nor be awarded a contract for a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to labor code section 1725.5.

The mandatory job walk will be held on Monday, August 5, 2024, from 9:00am to 10:00am starting at the District office located at 3344 Mission Avenue Carmichael, CA 95608. Bids will be returned unopened to those bidders not in attendance at the scheduled job walk. Interested bidders are encouraged to register beforehand with the District to JRHichborn@MORPD.com. The District will receive bids until 2pm, Friday, August 23, 2024, at the Mission Oaks District Office (3344 Mission Avenue Carmichael CA, 95608) Attn: J.R. Hichborn, Parks Superintendent. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted in the bid forms contained in the Bid packet available on August 5, 2024. Bids submitted in any other form will not be accepted. The District reserves the right to waive any irregularities and reject any and all bids.
