2026 Fall Craft Fair Vendor Information

We’re excited to invite local makers, artists, and crafters to be part of the 2026 Fall Craft Fair, happening on Saturday, November 14, 2026, 9am - 2pm. This popular community event is a great chance to showcase your handmade items, connect with shoppers, and celebrate creativity in a lively, welcoming atmosphere.

Vendor registration is now open, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Booth fees are as follows:

  • 6' x 8' Indoor booth: $50
  • Two 6' x 8' Indoor booths (side-by-side): $85
  • 8' x 8' Indoor booth: $60 -SOLD OUT
  • 10' x 10' Outdoor booth: $75

Vendors may register using one of the following options:

  • In person at Gibbons Community Center by submitting the attached registration form. Staff can assist you in viewing the most current booth availability and selecting your space.

    If you have a preferred booth location, please include the space number in the “notes” section during registration. Requests will be accommodated whenever possible.

Please note that all vendors must have a valid seller’s permit or business license to participate in the event.

Registration will remain open through Wednesday, November 4, 2026, or until all spaces are filled.
