Our Leaders In Training Program for Mission Oaks Camps is MON-FRI from 8 am to 5 pm with morning and afternoon shifts available. Participants are responsible for attending weekly team meetings. This program is designed to provide experience and training to teens ages 12-17 in a fun learning environment. Leaders In Training are responsible for assisting with the leading of games, arts and crafts, songs, sports, drama, and other fun activities. Participants will be taught leadership techniques and will be involved in fun group projects, oral presentations, and games. Participants will be able to attend several exclusive outings for leaders and junior leaders only. Leaders In Training will leave the program with an increased level of self-confidence, learn to work with others toward a common goal, and will become more outgoing individuals.
