Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese method of discovering how to balance one's inner force through the harmonizing of body, breath, and intention. This introductory course will not only give students a look at the methods used in classical Tai Chi for understanding the 'internal body', but will also introduce the foundations of Tai Chi philosophy, history, and culture.

Raphael Smith was a national, provincial, and city champion of Tai Chi while living in China. He is licensed through China's National Board of Sports, and has been teaching Tai Chi in Asia and the US for over 15 years.
