Strength & Conditioning (Virtual)

This class is designed to give you a full body workout while building strength and endurance. This class includes circuit training, cardio exercise, body weight exercises and finishes with core training and stretching for a complete workout. There will be fun and challenging workouts for all levels. A great way to improve your health. Classes will be held virtually on Zoom. Meeting ID and password will be included in your receipt after registration.
