Class combines Pilates and Yoga to promote core strength and balance, plus maximize flexibility and circulation via breathing, stretching, and various isometric or dynamic gentle stretches and poses. A regular exercise program contributes to flexibility and balance, reducing joint pain and preventing falls which keeps us mobile and active at any age. Slow and steady, no shame. Don't compare yourself to others. Stay in your lane. Each person must provide their own mat, towel, and water bottle.
