This is a beginning ballet class for adults. Students will learn combinations, terminology and technique. Leotard, tights with a skirt and ballet shoes are preferred but comfortable active clothing is acceptable. No prior experience needed.

This is a health and fitness program that’s specifically aimed at active, older adults ages 65 and older. Chairs are used in this program, along with a variety of equipment, such as weights, balls and stretch bands.
