Group Fitness Training 

Do you want to get in the best shape of your life? Well, look no further!

Group fitness training is a 4-week fitness class that will guarantee you results. Participants will learn fitness exercises that increase weight loss and promote muscle gains.

When: Tuesday, Thursday 7:00am-​8:00am & 8:30am-9:30am
Mon​day, Wednesday 6pm-7pm
Location: Mission North Park 3344 Mission Ave, Carmichael, CA 95608
Program; September 6th- September 30th
Fee: $35

This is an adult class ages 18+, however, ages 14+ can attend if accompanied by an adult or guardian 18+

This class is offered Monday/Wednesday 6pm-7pm, and Tuesday/Thursday 7am-8am & 8:30am-9:30am. PARTICIPANTS CAN ATTEND ANY CLASS THEY WANT. We encourage you to try to make at least two classes a week.

If your skeptical about the class, come and join us for a ONE-TIME FREE SESSION MON-THURS DURING CLASS TIME.
