HITT MMA FITNESS & SELF-DEFENSE CONDITIONING!

Come kick start 2022 while shredding the Thanksgiving meal & making room for the holiday meals.

 

Would you like to work on achieving the strong, toned athletic body of an MMA fighter, but, don’t want to have to step into the octagon and face an opponent? In this class Coach Battle will utilize the principals of High Intensity Interval Training as its foundation. Drills, techniques and philosophies from the world of MMA will drive the class sessions. You will also reduce stress, build confidence, and increase your mind body connection all while gaining practical self-defense techniques. Bullying and physical attacks are a huge problem these days. Teens and adults will build the self confidence in knowing they can protect themselves, but, the discipline to be able to try and find a non-violent solution. This class would also be a great option for teen athletes to need cross training whether they are currently participating in a sport or just need to stay in shape in the off season. When you register for this program it will include one extra outdoor workout, weather permitting, on the last Saturday of each month.
