Chinese Boxing

FIRST CLASS FREE ON JANUARY 31

San Da is a general term which loosely means 'Hit freely'. With the popularity of the sport San Da, the term has come to mean Chinese kickboxing. Chinese Boxing borrows the fundamental concepts of San Da, which teaches one to strike, throw, and grapple. The combat techniques of this course will be taken from the boxing art Hsing-I Chuan.

Cost:

$70 per month for 18+

Instructor:

Raphael Smith is a 5th Generation lineage holder of Song style Hsing-i Chuan. He is a former fight team member of China Top Team, Dragon Muay Thai, and Legacy Muay Thai (formerly known as Andy K and Roundhouse Muay Thai).
