Learn yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation while strengthening your body and developing self-awareness – all with the aid of a chair. This unique yoga style is designed to enhance flexibility, strength and awareness. All skill levels are welcome. Yoga mat and water recommended. Classes will be held virtually on Zoom. Meeting ID and password will be included in your receipt after registration.
