Changes to our program:

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic we are currently experiencing, we have reevaluated everything about camp this summer. While some changes are by necessity, others are quite new and innovative. What remains the same, however, is our effort to stay connected to you, create a safe environment for our children, and deliver the high quality of care you have come to expect from us. We understand the scope of impact all this may have on you and your family, and for that we apologize for any inconvenience. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times and hope that we can work together to make this yet another great summer!

COVID-19 FAQ's:

Groups- Camp will run in small groups of 9 participants, 2 Junior Leaders and 1 Leaders. Groups will not be allowed to interact with each other.

Check in/out- Parents will check in/out digitally with a program lead when they arrive to site, junior leaders will walk participants to their assigned groups. Parents will not be allowed to contact to leaders directly unless there is an issue or concern that they can not speak to the program lead about. Program leads will be wearing a mask during check in.

Mask-  Staff will wear masks when needing to make close contact with participants or whenever with parents but we will not require masks to be worn throughout the 3 hr day.

Assistance- We have a group of 1 leader and 2 to 4 junior leaders who will be able to assist should there be an emergency and a group needs extra hands- they will be required to wear a mask the whole time the are assisting. Their other task will be to clean and disinfect all areas before and after groups use them, should groups need to use the same tables or space at any point.

Lunches- We will not be allowing lunches to happen this year to eliminate the chances of sharing anything.

Circle Time- We will also not be allowing the groups to sit together for circle time, they will likely sit in smaller circles or semi circles and sing loudly for everyone to hear but groups will be spaces more than 10ft apart.
