Camp Have-A-Lot-Of-Fun Junior Leader Program

Camp Have-A-Lot-Of-Fun Junior Leaders are needed Monday through Friday, 8am-12:30pm. In addition, they will need to attend a weekly team meeting on Mondays from 1:30pm-3:30pm and a Junior Leader meeting on Tuesdays from 12:30p.m. - 1:30p.m.

This program is for children ages 12-17 years old. For more information, call Rich Jennings at 488-7276 at ext. 3008. Deadline to register is April 25, 2008.

Community Center Volunteers

The Mission Oaks Community Center has volunteer opportunities catering to a wide variety of interests.  If you like working with people and helping those in your community, Mission Oaks could have an opportunity for you!

Front Desk Volunteer:  Are you a 'people person'?  Greet participants, learn about recreation services, policies and events, answer phones and help direct guests.  

Lunch Program Volunteer:  Help prepare, serve and clean up our daily lunch program.  Learn about adult nutrition while interacting with our wonderful senior participants.  

Special Event Volunteer:  If you're a social person or just love event planning, Misison Oaks has the volunteer position for you!  Help with a wide variety of special events throughout the year, from Egg Hunts to Concerts to Dances. 

Trips and Tours Volunteer:  Help Community Center guests learn and get excited about upcoming trips and tours.  

Bingo Caller Volunteer:  You run the show each week as the Bingo caller.  We've got a great bingo group for you to work with.
