Mission Oaks Community Center:

Swanston Community Center:

Our brand new center is open to be filled with exciting, fun and safe programs and classes for all ages. Swanston Center is an all aged center for local residents to come and enjoy recreation. Some classes that we are interested in running are Senior/Adult Art Class, Health and Exercise classes, and youth enrichment classes. Swanston Teen Staff

The Swanston Community Teen Center is looking for highly motivated, creative and hard working staff to lead our brand new teen program in the right direction. The teen program consists of weekday drop-in hours, special events and activities, teen fundraisers, field trips and more. Staff are expected to be role models to local Jr. High and High School youth as well as execute planning and programming of daily and weekly activities.

Preschool Specialist Position

Under the direction of the Preschool Instructor, help lead preschool activities for children ages 3-5.

Senior Park Maintenance Worker

 

We have two permanent, full-time positions available in the Planning and Facilities Division. These positions are responsible for performing park maintenance and construction work in District parks and facilities and serve as lead workers over a park maintenance crew. This position level involves work requiring journey-level skills in park and facility maintenance, the ability to work independently, and supervisory responsibility. Incumbents in this class are expected to operate trucks and other automotive and mechanical equipment as part of their regular assignment.

 

Beginning Salary is $15.00 per hour with full District benefits. Applications are being accepted at the District office and by mail.
